Nice! Your video is giving me the courage to consider
3D puff. Thank you!
👍
When I clean around the foam I use a piece of plastic like the lip on a ball point pen. If I run it around my design I can scratch off the protruding foam without having to poke it in then heat it.
Beautiful
Wow! Very clean! Love it!
You are soooo talented
Thank you!!!
Good video thanks
i enjoy your cotent very much good sir. thx for putting in the work for us to enjoy
I appreciate that!
Wow, tension looks perfect, black bobbin thread 1/3. Great looking hat.
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks for stopping by!
Good Job!
Thanks!
Nice job! Do you have a link for your favorite scissors that's mentioned in this video?
Thanks. I normally use a lighter but I think using that heat gun is way more efficient. You're the man!!!! 💪
Yes, it handles the foam pretty good. I’ll use a lighter if I have an annoying thread that’s sticking out.
Nice job! What font is that?
what do you recommend doing with a design that loses the space between letters due to 3d embroidery? should the design be spaced out more for embroidery purposes?
I’m glad you mentioned candle thread..how do you like it as far as tension is concerned? My Bai 15 needle don’t really care for all the spools of new Brothread I already had, I’ve tried Madeira but I’m still trying to test different brands to see what works best
Candle Thread works really well with both my Ricoma’s and Tajima.
@@RomeroThreads ok I’m going to order some samples. I upgraded my tension springs to Tajima springs and it has helped alot now I just need to super fine tune it
Hello bro, plz advice me How to stitsh a small text?
Ever, great video.
What is your density on the satin stitch, I use .18 on my puff.
What's yours?
Yes I use 0.18mm density and 0.25mm density for the caps.
Likes dope! Do you offer digitising service, it looks like you have that part locked down I’m not sure my digitiser really has that locked down yet
I don't offer it as a service. Thank you for asking.
Thank you!! Which fishtail font is this? I like the fact thats it is not so narrow.
I made the font, I mixed 3 fonts together and arranged them in Illustrator. That’s what I was aiming for, a thicker bolder font.
Did you create the whole alphabet, and if so, are you prepared to sell it?
I did make the entire alphabet and numbers. Maybe in the future i’ll put it up for sale. Thanks for asking.
Let's say I didn't want to do it on a hat, but on a flat pieces of fabric, what would be a cheap embroidery machine option that would allow for me to do puff designs like this?
I would love to hear your comments on why you upgraded from Hatch to the full Wilcom E version. I have tried to find out the differences that would make upgrading worthwhile, but I have not been able to get answers even from Wilcom.
Big reason, I can easily layout my icons, they are easily accessible. Also, I wanted to have the exact software that my digitizer had at that time. That way, I can make any edits if necessary. Overall, I do like the smoothness of the software.
@@RomeroThreads Not having the same software has been such a challenge! Your content is phenomenal, yet I have found it to be endlessly frustrating when attempting to “translate” between Wilcom and Chroma Luxe.
I realize that they are similar- however, so are Photoshop & CorelDRAW. How do you explain a Corel process to someone who is new to editing and while using Photoshop?? Do you recommend any Chroma creators? Simply put, I haven’t found anyone with content that is as comprehensive as what you have.
BTW, Ricoma initially directed me towards your channel and you aren’t even using the software that they sold me?! 🤦♀️
Is it imperative that you add 'caps' to the open end of each letter when embroidering 3d puff?
Yes, the ends cannot have an open gap. In this case, the ends taper off so I didn’t have to put a cap on the ends.
Would you recommend Tajima over Ricoma for 3d embroidery?
tajima is for industrial use 8 can not prefer .
Replay-thanks
Wow, very nice embroidery!
Is it 3mm foam a standard in 3d embroidery?
Did you try 6mm or 9mm height, is it even possible on Tajima?
its possible. you layer the foam then normally. the tajima is perfect for that, its a really great machine he has from tajima
@@aceboogie959 you mean 9mm on tajima? isn´t 6.3mm a limit on Tajima?
3mm is standard. The machine can go 6mm. Im not sure about 9mm, I wouldn’t go that far for commercial designs.
@@CHROMEBLAZEstudiosry I didn't read the 9mm. I know about the 6mm and that's enough you ask me everything else looks out of proportion
@@aceboogie959 I am asking because ZSK machines can do a 9mm height and its huge as f...like a winner for me.
When can I do for birds nest?
I find that if the tension is too loose you get birds nest
👍👍👍
