Sleep is super important for learning. When you take regular breaks and sleep at least seven hours a night, you’ll remember way more that when you sleep only for a few hours. ☺️ Additionally, it’s bad for your health when you don’t sleep enough.

One thing that sucks in my school is that after my finals THEY DIDN’T DECLARE MY RESULTS, I DID SO MUCH HARDWORK AND SACRIFICED EVERYTHING AND I KNEW I WOULD GET BETTER GRADES. AT THIS POINT , there’s nothing I can do but I am happy that I did my best and got to learn something new :). Keep it up Sheena

i mean some ppl prolly think its kinda toxic to *have* to have a figure to look up to in order to help themselves keep going. cus i lowkey think its toxic to always have someone to be an inspiration or else i wont be able to have any sort of motivation but....idk man.
i've just been real busy with school events and sports this past month and i find it hard to disconnect my brain from the outside-class-activities and fully concentrate on studying.
so like, i've been living day to day with little to no studying done at all bcs i feel dreadful when i drag myself to sit down at the desk and study.
so now im just wasting literally hours and days on youtube just binge watching videos and feeling guilty abt my action but still not doing anything about it. and now, i come across this video and it kinda wakes me up from this procrastinating state im in.
