Always wanted to go their. We were camping this past springbin that area and went to Gatlinburg and Cades cove but didn't have enough time in our schedule to do the Island. We were so wore out from all other exciting things to do. So I definitly will be coming back. Merry Christmas.

We were just at the Island last month and loved it. Went on the big wheel 2x at night when all the lights were on it was great! Ate at the Timberwood for lunch and one night and Paula Dean's one night all fantastic. Saw a blue grass show at the Smokey Mountain Moonshine Company and enjoyed the fountain show while eating the best ice cream from the Island Creamery. Can't wait to go back! Thanks for the video I was missing that place.

Sky wheel is great. Big Rock Candy Kitchen is the devil 😄 and Timberwood has great great food. We always split a combo since Tara is done after about 3 bites. Looking forward to being there in a couple weeks.

We have a well mannered 13yr old pomeranian that goes everywhere with us, would she be allowed to walk with us at the island? Safe travels😊
I saw several people walking their dogs at The Island last month and they appeared to be pets.
You might check with the Island info but we took Big T in a stroller a lot
