Music feels much better to turn to when you feel alone in world where no one cares or understands you. I’ve been struggling with depression for a long time and this song was always there when no one was for me in my life.
Hey, I have no idea how to start this message, except to let you know you aren't alone. I don't know your story, what has led you to be in such a spot, I do know in time it'll get better. To give some context, I lost my best friend to an accidental suicide in april of 2015 and then my father due to a stroke in May 2015. My heart was filled with much much anguish and fear I had no one loyal anywhere near me that could grasp my feelings I felt. In time that anguish faded and my depression along with it. I'm not writing you to compare situations, as I know that doesn't help. I would like to tell you from the depths of my soul I am truly truly sorry you are going through what you are. I wish there was more I could do to help you out of the lonesome, dark, and numb hole of depression. I just want you to understand that if you can find it in yourself to keep going, keep fighting, I know and I promise you WILL live to see a day without depression. You'll live to see happiness surrounding you at all corners of life. Despite how hard it may be going forward please PLEASE don't give up on yourself, I believe in you and in your strength and in your resolve. Keep your head up. I watched this movie again last night for the 8th time maybe?? I still love it but this song always drowns my soul when they’re standing in the snow & she’s saying goodbye to Ethan....so incredibly talented. 💜🖤
I cried so much at the snow scene, I have just been watching beautiful creatures and i am still crying but i cant stop listening to the song! lol! Alice is an amazing singer and actress! LOVE YOU ALICE AND ALDEN! xx

Unfortunately, Beautiful Creatures was a total flop and made a loss of money. And I can understand that, the movie itself is okay but come on, it RUINED the book. Obviously it won't have a sequel. Personnally, I heard NOTHING about it.
