    #One more thing current(ma) consumption for 12 volts d.c power supply to operate relay& circuit.

    would something like this be apple to operate a dpdt relay that reverses polarity on a motor and without big voltage drain when the car is off? I suspect a capacitor would be involved so that when the car coes off, the relay reverses polarity on the motor to operate for 2 seconds

    • @robojax
      @robojax  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The car battery voltage go up to 14V and I am not sure this muddle can withstand that violtage. I would suggest using a buck boost conveyer so it always outputs 12 even if the input is 9V when you start the car.

    You can increase the time by changing the Capacitor to more farads. Delay time formula: T = 1.1RC. For example: Capacitor 22uf resistance 1M T = 1.1 * 0.000010 * 1000000 = 10 seconds.

    (0:25) - You say that the relay there can be used for an AC or DC load.
    No. You are wrong.
    Although DC can be used to energize the switching solenoid inside the relay, the actual load ratings for the various voltages that can be switched, (and which is printed on the side of the relay itself), are: 10A @ 250VAC or 15A @ 125VAC .
    Nowhere is DC as a load even mentioned.
