- कोलकाता के आरजी कर मेडिकल कॉलेज और अस्पताल के पूर्व प्रिसिंपल संदीप घोष के 6 ठिकानों पर शुक्रवार को ED ने छापा मारा। अस्पताल में वित्तीय गड़बड़ी के आरोपों पर ED ने मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग को लेकर यह कार्रवाई की। इससे पहले CBI इसी मामले में भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप पर घोष को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है।

Agar 10.30 pm Tak ki footage available hai to agar 10.30 pm par drive full hoti hai to 8 August raat 10.30 bje se pehle Tak ki saari footage delete ho jayegi aur usi waqt 10.31 pm se nayi recording honi shuru ho jayegi.
Is se us raat se le kar subah jab haadsa huya hai aur uske baad ki saari footage intact hogi aur fully available hogi. This is the basic technical thing related to cctv and their recordings and hard drive. Agar nahi bachni hoti to footage 1 minute ki bhi nahi bachni thi.

I am a doctor I have studied forensics… without the IO pm can’t be performed and IO can’t be a constable .. in most of the colleges or top colleges there are X-ray machines in PM room to simultaneously see if there is any fracture or not .. even being just and MBBS I know this how could everyone neglect these points … 5 mahila doctors and all don’t matter IO kidhar tha????☹️ ultimately Signatory to wohi tha .. Police Involvement in Cover-up: If police officers are actively involved in destroying evidence, as you mentioned, then they are directly contributing to a cover-up. How can justice prevail when those who are supposed to enforce it are obstructing it?

A Call for Accountability: The doctors, particularly young doctors, are not just healthcare providers but advocates for justice. They are mourning the loss of a colleague and fighting for accountability. It is not just about their personal grief; they are representing a larger community that is demanding justice.
Their Ethical Responsibility: While their primary duty is to save lives, they also have an ethical responsibility to stand up against injustice and corruption. When justice is denied to one of their own, it sends a message to the entire medical community that their safety and lives don’t matter.
4. The Role of Political Leadership
The Chief Minister’s Involvement: If the Chief Minister’s office approved actions that contributed to the cover-up, they are complicit in obstructing justice. Why should the doctors return to work when the very system that’s supposed to protect them is implicated in this heinous crime?

Public Understanding: The deaths of patients during the strike are tragic, but they must be seen in the larger context of systemic injustice. The real question is: Why did it have to come to this? Why is the system so slow that doctors feel they have no choice but to take drastic action to demand justice?

The deaths of patients during the doctors' strike are undeniably tragic, but the blame should not solely fall on the doctors. It is the slow, ineffective judicial and political system that has driven these doctors to strike in the first place. To ask for the resignations of Sandip Gosh Mamta Banerjee and the Chief of Kolkatta Police and Charge them for allowing the destruction of a GOVERNMENT Hospital during a Gang Rape and Murder And Allowing the removal of evidence from the Crime spot ,until that happens the doctors' protest is a necessary stance for a greater cause.
The focus should be on holding these persons responsible for the cover-up, accountable and ensuring that such delays in justice never happen again, rather than simply telling doctors to return to work..By now most of the Doctors do not want to be associated with KOLKATTA MEDICAL COLLEGE and Hospital

Depending upon when the examination is due to take place, you may be able to see the body before the post-mortem is carried out.
It has been a practice in India to conduct post-mortems preferably during the daylight hours and not after dark, as insufficient artificial light may hamper the ability to recognise the colour changes of injuries, of post-mortem hypostasis and many other issues
This types of activities arise only in R J Kar Medical College or in other Medical College s matter is very very much serious and top CBI should also investigate on this point also
