That’s his speed with ball no? 10.9 isnt really that fast, it’s like a future D1 high schooler’s 100m. 12 seconds is reasonable for any athletic person with training

Mbappe ran on grass in the middle of a match in football boots. You are comparing him to fresh sprinters in running spikes on a track designed to be springy to make you run faster.

Nothing is 100% in life except kieran wearing tiempos in his videos
Attempted this as a CDM/CB who hasn’t played in 2 years and here are my results (i attempted each challenge once except challenge 5 which i attempted 3 times and challenge 6 which was attempt from about a year ago that i had written down)
Challenge 1 failed (roughly 64.5 meters so above average but not top 5%)
Challenge 2 failed (got 14.7 seconds)
Challenge 3 passed (got 71.4mph)
Challenge 4 passed (got 37 inches)
Challenge 5 failed (best attempt was 63)
Challenge 6 passed (can bench 75 weighed 68.8 at time of attempt)
Challenge 7 failed (got 1 clean hit and 1 questionable hit so well off the 5 needed)
Challenge 8 failed horribly (got level 6 😅 which is shockingly bad)
Challenge 9 passed (7.4 but i am only quick at dribbling in a straight line and i have a heavy touch so im definitely not even close to top 5% and from personal experience id honestly question if im top 50% if im not dribbling in a straight line)

Bro 37 inches I think that’s a bit too much if you ask me cuz usually those people are very fast and you said you 14.7 seconds that’s below top 5%😅
@@ziyad26 its because theres a technique to jumping high but you can negate that by having momentum. I was always solid at heading (hence why i played cdm or cb) even as a young kid but ive never had the speed to rely on momentum alone so have been practicing my jumping technique since 5-6.

I made it in every test but for the beep test. Finished at 12.5 … not bad for a 37 year old! 💪🏻💪🏻
as a 15 year old being able to pass shot power, hops, keep ups, almost strength, accuracy, and 11 on the beep test, dont be surprised to see in a pro match soon

2:52 you sprinted from the wrong line, you sprinted 110m, so technically you sprinted 110m in 14.95, and going through the 100m split in 13.59

Question?? are the tests carried out on grass or general playing conditions? because I feel that kicking a ball on grass in winter wouldn,t have the roll and same with some of the other tests?

I'm one of those people, but I've been training ball control a lot in the past 2 weeks and everything about my ball control has gotten so much better.
Although there are several reasons why I might have worse ball control than the average person.

@@galacticgamerz9853 Simply just practice, do some kick ups, practice your first touch, and dribble around a little bit through anything you can find really. the more you do it the better you'll get, there's no substitute for hard work.

I am horrendous in soccer but if soccer kids were selected based on this I'd pass with flying colors lol. I run a 5sec 50 meter and 11 second 100m (idk if I can go faster this was a while ago but 50m is recent in km/h its 37km/h as my top speed with 35km/h being my normal top speed)
relative strength since I do callisthenics is extremely high I use to pre wrist injury bench 90 at 53kg 5'10, Now i bench 65-70kg at 58kg.
Running with the ball I could easily do under 6.5 seconds
Endurance I could do 13 for beep, i got a 8 beep test with a broken foot lol in highschool year 9 Im in yr 12 now.
Cant do more than 3 kip ups tried many years still cant do it, but i'll keep practicing.
I have a good vert 24inches untrained too I could go higher ik that much though if I trained like a month I could get to 28-30inches if I wanted but im off training (vert use to be higher).
I can probs kick fast and far as Im a sprinter so it makes sense Im explosive.

I captained my school throughout my school years and into college and uni, but my record keepy uppy tally is 28.
Wait, top 5% for 100 meters is only 12-13 seconds? Although I was excited when I finally broke 13 seconds in 8th grade, I still thought I was slow 😂😂 this video also helps put into perspective the difference between your average athlete and and average person. Plus, just how small (statistically) the difference is for a great athlete vs an average one.

My record is 252 and I'm 18 I started playing football when I was 8 but I never ever took it serious I only played it in school for PE but I never understood rhe game so I never really cared coz I was the worst player I count kick a ball I couldn't do anything until I wad 13 years old I took the game a tiny bit more serious and at age 14 I started practicing juggles and in the first month I made 20 with my right foot and to this day 252 is my record I can't even tap 50 on average idk y (sorry for this long paragraph I just wanted to say that 😊)
