    I was sectioning mandibular 1st molar .I don't know if it has caused emphysema or not but .There is no Swelling I kept patient undeobservation even after 24hrs there is no change .

      If there is no visible swelling, it's unlikely to be an emphysema. However, don't use an air rotor to section in any case.
