Well, I don't think I need to reply to someone who just comments something for the sake of commenting in order to garner attention or otherwise. What I commented was a genuine reply and it made sense, since the Hon'ble judge here was not at fault here. So I had to take his side. How can you drag contempt into this? Does protecting the bench when the bar was wrong, constitute contempt?

This counsel spoiled the case for his client by his high handed attitude and arrogance. He apoears senile and after certain age counsels shall not be allowed to practice, lest they affect the case adversly for poor clients.

Court Language is English for convience of judges and advocates from different parts of the country..... Mr. In our constitution English, Tamil, Odia, etc have been given the same status as that of Hindi and judges are transferred from one part of the country to another therefore the language of the courts is English. I will share one bitter experience of my first encounter with judiciary where in the Munsif Judge was unable to understand my petition for 8 years where as In Honourable High Court of jammu and Kashmir, I had challenged the forged Will Deed in which Honorable HC of jammu and Kashmir gave Three verdicts in my favour, in which Single Bench, Division Bench disposed of case in my Favour within two years time while as Musif judge was such a dumb person that he couldn't understand the Litigation.
Oh no, the munsif judge would have understood the petition but you didn't grease his palms.
They are also in cahoots with the lawyers to squeeze both the parties. That is the prevailing system from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.

Everybody here is taking the side of judge but let's watch the part of the lawyer too. He's explaining what has gone wrong with the committee from past 2 years he's not doing anything wrong maybe i guess and please guys never forget experience comes with time and he's a more aged than the judge maybe he's saw more cases. I believe experience comes with time and there's a good gap in lawyer's and judge's age here

He was insisting to proceed to contempt even though the order was carried out by forming a comitee. If he wanted to challenge the way committee was formed or the way it took the decision warranted a fresh case. For a layman to insist in this manner may have been understandable but for a senior lawyer like him was deeply irritating
Being a judge; he must not show any attitude. Senior advocate was telling right only that committee had made did some circus n rejected job seekers on the basis of they are not eligible.

@@samraddhisoni7149 learn the basics of contempt jurisdiction. Justice Kumar is absolutely correct when he says that the counsel must challenge the order. Contempt occurs when certain directions are not followed, here the authorities have passed some orders pursuant to the directions, which the applicant disputes. This dispute cannot be raised in contempt jurisdiction at all, and the applicant knows it very well, hence the reaction.

@@samraddhisoni7149 the High Court has asked them to consider in accordance with law, it hasn't gone into whether they should be absorbed in services or not. They might not be qualified to do so, an officer of court cannot dictate the court to pass certain orders in their favour, that too in contempt jurisdiction. If he is right, he can challenge the order on all grounds available to him under the law and get it quashed by filing appropriate proceedings. His prayer in contempt will certainly not be that of consequent relief, but of punishing the alleged wrongdoers, hence the court even otherwise by any stretch of imagination cannot interfere with the orders passed by the state.

Ye judge sahab naram haintoh vakil sahab ne itna bol diya. Kisi gusse wale judge ke samne inn vakiloan ki bolti band ho jati hai. Justice Ashutosh Kumar is one of the only few judges worthy of being respected and look at this irony.
For a senior counsel like him as having seen lots of seasons, it is very difficult to accept the moral authority and judicial acuman of a judge less experienced than him.
After watching I understand that this is court language no matter how hard you try we don't know which one is supporting the crime who isn't 🤣🤣🤣
