Mike has an incredible physique because of his work ethic, knowledge, genetics, discipline and then whatever small amount of gear he probably used back in the day to get his physique to the next level, in that order. He's in his 50's people, he's probably on a small prescribed dose of Test for HRT. Meanwhile 97% of the people constantly crying steroids couldn't ever achieve his physique with all the gear in the world.

@@collextoys I was not being a dick..Iv never heard of that no, but went to look real quick and still the pain seems to be on the ribs specially when you take deep breaths or cough and gives you sharp pains..All of which are not related to muscle soreness and im pretty sure you can differenciate both things ( continues...)

@@carlosalves2855 It is a pain in your sternum which is caused by a rib moving out of place. Which makes you have chest pain. And it is really scary if you never experienced any chest pain before. It is cause by heavy lifting.
