OK that's it! All us planty people are moving to Jacarta! Trying to keep plants alive during the winter is difficult at best. Your climate is perfect! Your plants are amazing! Hope there is room for all of us. 😉😂
I just recently found your channel and wanted to let you know that I think your videos are fantastic! Your home space is gorgeous and I love how you have displayed your plants 🪴🌞
I love everything about your videos. Your knowledge, your enthusiasm, your plants, your house, the plants in the background and everything’s! Thank you, this was very informative! Also please do a house tour soon!
I just love your collections...and the way you give your plants caring tips that's amazing..I really enjoy love to see more..I appreciate it keep updating more🙂😉💛
Thank you for sharing Panama Acetosella. Love the red/burgundy leaves that stay all year around. Epipremnum pinnatum grows quite fast in my climate. Another great video.
I just started growing a pineapple from the fruit ! Free of cost plants hit different ☺️ Love your videos btw n also the fact that you include follow up of your propagations. Great content !!!
I am currently in love with Scindapsus pictus exotica. I bought one and I have propagated five from the mother plant (call it greed or me trying to recoup my investment - I call it plant insurance). I can't wait for mine to look like yours, I have not reached that stage of prolific growth yet. I am very careful with the watering because I have watched enough plant videos that warn about over watering. Your collection inspires me.
I had eyes for onlyplants... (and Kaempferia that I can't find in U.S.) until the end my attention strayed... after reading these comments had to go back and re-watch to enjoy the rest of natures gifts. ;-)
I just found your channel and it's amazing! I'm honestly surprised you don't have more followers. Maybe it's because we're all jealous that you can grow all those amazing plants outside :) Looking forward to watching more!
Sean I love your Video's... Your English is excellent!!! I love how well you describe the plants and give us great instructions and advice 😁😁😁 and I love how you love your plants so much and it's so cute how you wave to them 😍😍😍 keep the great Video's coming ;) *virtual hugs* from a Californian living in Oklahoma...USA
Syngonium are the best. very fast growing, i only need 4-5 months from a cutting to a full grown plant that is ready to propagate. I also found callisia repens grows really fast..almost weed-like speed!
Fiddle figs, can have a new leaf every week. 5 stems in one container, means 5 new BIG leaves per week. (fiddle figs need lots of light, low humidity isn't a killer)
In my care, in California, the string of hearts (non varigated) grows so fast! In about 8 months they grew from 3ft to 10ft long. The Raphidophora tetrasperma also is a fast grower in my regular humidity with bright indirect light.
Fast-growing plants are my favorite 😂because they make me feel that I'm doing something good haha I'm happy to see that I have some of the ones you showed! (Boston fern, philodendron micans, monstera adansonii, trasdescantia zebrina, anthurium crystallinum, syngonium..) I can confirm that the tradescantia, the fern and the adansonii grows very fast!
Excellent video as usual Sean! I have a question about the Philidendron micans. How would it do in a hanging planter with a coco coir liner? Thanks for your content, it's always really helpful and informative. Greetings from Barbados 🇧🇧.
My fastest growers have been my pink veined fittonia, lemon lime philodendron, string of hearts and curly spider plant! My spider plant especially lost about 80% of its foliage about 2 months ago and has gotten even more than it started with before since then.
My favorite speed racer is Raphidophora Tetrasperma, my tetrasperma record is brand new leaf in 8 day, unbelievable, even adansonii would never beat this little boss.
Hi Sean, I totally enjoy your vlog. Always green with envy to see your plants are all thriving so well, makes a newbie plantmom like me panicking over a small yellowing tips. Would you one day make a video about some mistakes that you made as a plant dad and how they affected the plants? Thanks
I struggled with all Anthurium except Vittarifolium. They don't shows any progress from the first time I bought them, even Crystallinum one. Can't hardly wait to see your Anthurium video published.
He was telling someone on the phone: Guess what's my nerd of a brother doing again, yes, talking about his frigin weeds, we can't even go to the backyard anymore cause there's pots and plants everywhere you turn, last week dad got lost in the monseras, we had to call rescue service to find him, and i swear if i stab my toe on one more pot, I will call garbage truck when he's not here and throw everything out of the house...
Can't comment🤐 on that cos my plants don't grow as fast as yours😯. Maybe all I need to do is the Pacman hand for a sprinkling of fairy dust 😄. But seriously, I am definitely gonna try your potting mix (am excited to be trying out burnt rice husk), go with your terracotta pot advice (starting with my smaller plants) and try to follow your light advice, to have happy thriving plants like yours. Oh btw, I've been "over-watering" my mom's almost bald rabbit foot fern daily, and that seems to be reviving it! 😯 Thank you for the tip on watering ferns! (from an earlier vid)
@@onlyplants Oh yeah, you taught us that light is their food! So, a slow growing plant might be an indication of "malnutrition", I get it! On second thought, my issue is prob not the potting mix 😅 but I do love -over- watering my plants, it is sooo therapeutic, your region specific airy potting mix is still something I wanna try.
Not sure what is that symbol but I'd call the hand clasp thing u make towards your plants is seriously cute. If I'm a plant I would like being waved like that lol.
OMG, Panama hibiscus! Is that what it's called? It's considered a weed here in the Philippines and they're actually uprooted and hacked because they're very invasive. Waah!
I did watch your pineapple video when it first came out and I was inspired to grow my own. It's still doing very well, but living in Canada, I can't give it the same conditions that you have, but it has still grown a tremendous amount. I'm not holding out for a fruit though 😂
I also have Pineapple in the pot for more than a year now but it never had a fruit. Its really dangerous I always get scratches when I am re arranging my plants 😅
@@onlyplants I have a new, still just one stem, propagation coleus. I'm curious to see how it'll grow in springtime. First well have to work to keep all plants safe from frost off all windowsills the next week!
OMG your micans!!! 😭 I bought one online after some searching. Then it came in buried in soil and just died the next day... 💔 Whoever packed it did a such bad job. Hopefully I can find it locally with a reasonable price soon (it's kind of expensive here 😔) Yours are so cute!!! BTW the workout show in the back is a bit distracting hahahahha. 🤣
