Week of Jan 5 - 11 of 2025
the craziest week ever!! Turned out to be such a devastating week for our home here in Los Angeles. I had no idea this is how the week would go but still wanted to post as it really is just real life and i always want to use my platform to help those around me! Listing some resources below for us to use to give back to the LA community that is really hurting right now after these wildfires ⬇️

Where you can donate funds:
Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation
all funds go directly to the LAFD and their efforts. Monetary donations will supply our fire fighters with crucial supplies as they bravely protect our city.
American Red Cross
You can support the Red Cross by making a donation online or by calling
800) 733-2767 or texting REDCROSS to 90999.
California Fire Foundation
Directly supports victims of wildfires and disasters throughout California, including the L.A. County area. You can help by making an online donation.
GoFundMe
So many families that have lost everything have made GoFundMe campaigns. Find some that your friends/family have posted or go directly through the GoFundMe website to find open campaigns. (Look up the Altadena fire or palisade fire)
Baby2Baby
They are providing critical items, including diapers, food, formula and hygiene products for children and families who have lost their homes to the fires.Donate online to their Disaster Relief & Emergency Response Program.
California Fire Foundation.
The People's Struggle San Fernando Valley
A grassroots group that is currently helping transport people & supplies to those affect by fires in the region. A monetary donation to the group's Venmo account "peoplesstrugglefv," goes directly toward gas, water, masks & other identified needs.
World Central Kitchen
World Central Kitchen's relief team is in Southern California to support first responders and families affected by the fires, providing nourishing meals to people in need. You can help by making an online donation.

My aunt lost her home that has been in the family for 48 years & had no time to get clothes packed. It’s so sad seeing all these families lose everything so quickly. I have always vlogged with the Canon G7x Mark 2... LOVE. I thought I would upgrade to get the Mark 3… Biggest mistake of my life lol. That thing does not focus. Instant return. So if your new camera you got doesn't work out, maybe try to Mark 2? Living for your vlogs!!
