I can tell this isn't a DJI drone. How do we know the Remote PIC wasn't just flying over the prison and was going to do a drop off at a local drug store? If these guys knew anything at all, they'd understand you can just purchase gear that attaches to the drone so when they target their powdered milk drop they can release the powder and not just drop the drone out of the sky. never waste a drone, even the junky one like this one!
Open yards will have to be covered. Suggestion from me is Chicken wire. It lets natural light in and packing would be harder. If you use my idea I could use a couple bucks for the 💡 If we can figure out roofs for stadiums I think the DOC and the rest of America could figure it out.
