In our Sixth edition of Our Frugal Smokehouse Build, we smoke our very first salmon!!!!
The purpose of building our own smokehouse is to allow us to continue to become more and more self sustainable. Raising pigs and having a smokehouse will allow us to make our own bacon and hams from start to finish.
