How do I write an appendix in a situation where I am teaching learners and not writing an essay? What information do I write at the end of my teaching

I am a student teacher at a certain school, I was given a table of content document to put in my teaching file in short these are the things needed to be put in the file and the appendix is also included on the table of contents. Now my question is what am I supposed to write under appendix to put in the teaching file?

hi i wanted to ask that if you are applying to a university and they ask for an appendix , they have written in the application form to attach extra pages if needed for study plan, so does that mean i have to attach those extra pages an appendix?
