Hey Queen- Sister, I have been there with the fibroids. Fibroids are a demon. They want to party in a sugar and estrogen filled area. This makes them grow. It seems like you are on the right path. I have heard the castor oil packs are wonderful. I was vegan for 7 years and the fibroids still did a number on me. You absolutely must keep up your strength because those fibroids suck your energy by making you bleed heavier and keep you severely fatigued. Also, your iron, vitamin d and other nutrients will be compromised. Please, please remove all sugar. This includes all cakes, cookies, pies, candy, sugar, soda, all sugary drinks, and any processed food products with a bunch of sugar. Do not eat fruits except a few berries, like "a few" strawberrries, blueberries, raspberries. Fruits and fruit sugars also make the body bleed heavy. Fibroids do grow due to us eating a lot of estrogen forming foods. i.e. meats, dairy, and heavy sweets. You will need protein for strength, so, eat organic, pasteur raised, grass fed chicken and eggs only. In addition, eat several organic only greens including collards, kale, cauliflower, broccoli and mung bean sprouts, broccoli sprouts and cabbage, every single day. Organic is super expensive but there are less chemicals and pesticides on them. Carbs and statches convert to sugar so limit those as well. This includes cereal, rice, potatoes, chips, tortillas and a lot of beans. Try pinto, kidney, black or red in small amounts. Include only organic as much as possible because the pesticide chemicals increase those fibroids. For the vegetables, you can make vegetable soups including the kale, broccoli, collards, cauliflower, etc. Eat these everyday. Also, eat raw salads with your own dressings made of olive oil and vinegar or lemon. Avacados are a great fat but say no to vegetable oils except organic olive oil. You are right sbout the surgery. Say no to all surgeries. These doctors know nothing except for making money, making you a statistic and keeping their pockets lined. The fibroids will grow back and they also cause women years of pain, stress and anxiety. In addition, they push drugs to reduce estrogen. Kindly tell them no. Contrary to popular belief, I don't believe that fibroids are non-cancerous. We need to be clear about that. Also, no regular sugars or alternative sugars. Its all the devil for our bodies. For seasonings, include things like himalayan sea salt, pepper, some organic garlic (not a lot). All those processed seasonings that are pre made have sugars in them. It’s hard tryna do research on your own and try multiple things and you don’t know if what you’re doing is right. So many things are expensive but health comes first. The doctors are really no help. All my doctor is saying is live with it (will it’s growing more every day) or get a hysterectomy. I will do everything you mentioned. Thank you. I greatly appreciate it
