Easily create a step-by-step tutorial using Scribe

Scenario: You are responsible for new members or employees at work or in a club and you get the same questions every year during onboarding. Where can I find my login details? How do I update my personal details? It all gets exhausting. Using Scribe can solve this problem forever by creating step-step tutorials for people to access on their own time in various formats.
I neglected to mention that in the free version, you are only able to export as a pdf or as a direct link. I am sorry, but these 2 versions are usually enough for the average user.

Unfortunately, there's no way to add voice-over to Scribes yet, but I can think of a few workarounds using services like Loom.
