@@danielavalos8466 VQs have a lot of aftermarket support. Not going to take nearly as much effort to make 320.
Love my is350 and been thinking about trying to make it a little faster but after hearing 10k for an extra 100hp... I think ill just get a throttle controller and f sport suspension then call it quits and save for an isf
Love the 350 but you can make 500whp to 600whp with the is300 for 10k

Was this dyno proven? Or just estimated? That doesnt sound like a combination of parts that gains you ~130whp
It’s all lies. Cams, porting, cold air intake and headers will not gain you 100+ whp
I just grabbed a 2015 RC 350 all-wheel drive. My motor only has 86K tranny should be in good condition. It's already been serviced at 60k. I might as well go with the supercharger I think is the best option for me. I'm probably going to install it on my own and take it to RR racing to get tuned to only like a 50 minute drive from me

Which Tundra throttle body did you use? Which year works? Did you port match the TB to the intake manifold? And what is needed for the coolant bypass on this TB?
2012 model tundra, 76mm, port to match, and I’m not sure how I did the coolant bypass. My mechanic did that.

Ripping out the interior of any car is really just stupid. If you want to go fast then just put a different motor in there or get a whole different car. I love my 2011 IS350 tho and with all I’m doing to it, I will never rip out the interior. Because it’s a daily driver. I still like what you are doing just for the record.

Hey man, ironically I've wanted to build the engine with MWR parts a month ago but no one was doing it then you came! Before that. I have a question. My engine shut down while driving and cranks but won't start. I pulled out the upper and lower intake manifold, and I'm replacing all its seals along with my fuel pressure sensor and coolant sensor but i did notice coolant in the header. Was wondering if you would know anything or the cause of it shutting down, thanks!
I can ask around, but I don’t do any of the work myself. First thing I can think of is head gasket. The engine lost compression and won’t start is my guess. That’s why there’s coolant in the headers.
@Clapped Lexus could be, but smoke didn't come out of the engine but your right could be head gaskets. Also one more question sorry again to bother you. For the built transmission is yours going to be custom or there's a company who rebuilds or produces built trannys? I'm building mine for track that's why I wanna rebuild everything with no boost. @@bev5410 i think the only difference between their trans and stock is the valve body. They modify it a bit to make it shift way faster. Ive seen people swap the valve bodys in the older is and gs and ls with great success with faster race car feeling shifts. But they do sell just the valve body for our trans. Also wym you went through 4 transmissions? Lmaoo my 350 has 200k, I hope my trans aint going out anytime soon 😭
@@adamdistortion8810 they upgrade the internals also, they sell a separate kit for upgraded internals, they basically build a tranny with all their parts. Haha I beat on my shit so unless your anything like me. You’re fine.

Do you know how much material we can take off the heads
How are your rears 13 pounds and your fronts are 14 pounds, the rears are wider. Did I miss something?
16x8 Rears and 17x8 fronts. Going off of specs the website gives. Haven’t weighed it myself but it sure did feel like 13 pounds getting it out of the box.
For the custom tune from rr racing, did you leave your car with them?
No, remote tune. They are telling me my motor is having timing issues. So I have to open the motor up again.
Do you know if OBX makes headers for the AWD model? Can’t seem to find them on the website

How was the install for obx headers
I had the whole engine out to do all the other work. So it was very easy. That’s why I always stress doing everything at once.

Rated at 310 crank, probably 260 270 whp. So from 270 to 400 wheel thats more like 130hp
