    Yes San mao na ako gi ingon nimo sa una subrang inom sa tubig nabanlas ang asin sa lawas maong mag low blood pressure ka pero dili sad nimo pasubrahan ang asin sa imong gipangkaon para mosaka ang bld pressure... igo nga tubig mga 2 ka litro kada adlaw kun sington ug magkalibanga inom ug additional water.     Hindi ka ba nagpapacheck-up regularly? ...
    Osang hindi ka dapat kumakain nf mangga kahit maasim yan ang taas ng glycemic index nian mag i spike ang blood sugar mo nian....pine apple, mangoes, grapes, watermelon yan ang mga bawal sa ating mga diabetic...magpalabtest ka dapat monitor mo ang createnin mo kapag ganyan kataas ang blood sugar mo bantayan mo ang createnin mo..delikado yan sa kidney...

    Nakakatakot ang pagkain mo ng mangga..dian nag spike ang blood sugar ko then d na nagnormalize...now I am diabetic nagkamali ako sa fruit diet na yan...even pasta, noodles bawal sa atin...ok lang na kumain ng rice pero dapat controlled lang at isang beses lang sa meal natin ang rice then veggies na...or oatmeal
