  • You can contact the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) directly in American Sign Language (ASL) by calling the FCC’s ASL Consumer Support Line. This ASL Consumer Support Line allows consumers to communicate in their own language, ASL, with ASL-fluent FCC staff.
    By dialing the FCC’s videophone number, 844-4-FCC-ASL, or 844- 432-2275, you can receive help filing a complaint or getting answers to questions on a wide range of issues from disability-related matters, such as telecommunications relay service, closed captioning, and access to emergency information on television, to general telecommunication matters such as slamming, unwanted calls or texts, and broadband services.
