You need to find a unfound bug in the game and report it to developers to get the mount bug tester/all other gray color mounts blight,razo,elder,bones,black sheep,tortoise are drop by the randomly by their bosses like in this video. You can get skeletal steeds,fur trapper by quests and 2 other horses which are 10k and 500k from npc.All other mounts are gem mounts(only way you to get gem mounts is from red horse box and forrest critters box which are very rare drop)use this page for more. heartwoodatlas.com/en/home/wardrobe
