I think this would be cooler if you just used normal eu4 rules at the start (like 7 hereditary electors and emperorship for life), and then let different/additional rules naturally emerge during gameplay via treaties between players and on a HRE level (e.g. The emperor decides nobody can take more than one province per war or declare wars without his consent). this additional rules should have only in-game consequences (e. G. Players use their in-game strength to pressure you into compliance, but you are free to disobey and face their in-game wrath instead of being kicked from the game)
Dude, the video was funny as all hell, but this premisse would be much more chaotic If this game would've been hosted in ck (2 or 3), i would give 10 minutes untill someone demanded that an elector converted to Islam, and eventually someone would demand that the emperor reform christianity with close kinship marriage

I'm playing as the Celts. Can someone tell me how I can join the HRE? I started in Ireland and conquered it all within 5-6 years. Problem is, Scotland allied France, England allied Portugal & Castile. So I allied Austria & Aragon & Scotland. I have nowhere I can expand. I tried to join the HRE, but it said my capital isn't next to the HRE lands, so I invaded Denmark, & took their Islands and Holstein. Now its saying that I'm too big, and that I need 223 relations with Austria & my relations are maxed at 200. Are there tricks/exploits to allow me to join the HRE? Am I too big in number of provinces or in development? Should I lower my development & then increase it after? If there is no way to cheese it... is there a console command to join HRE? I wanted to eventually take all ancient Celtic lands but I can't see where I can expand... Everyone is extremely tough and in huge alliances all over Europe. The only thing I can see to do is wait until I can get colonies...

Can you do a another multiplayer game but with the aunt bellum mod, if that doesn’t work you should do a multiplayer game but every player is a African country excluding countries in the margerb and the manluks.
