people who live in northern Canada make up less than 0.1% of Canada's population. Two-lane paved highways cost millions of dollars per Km. If you want services you should move to Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver or Toronto, in that order. Do not move to Winnipeg They have less services than you do.
