Walking from Greek Theater to Griffith Observatory in LA

isn`t there a hiking path to the observatory from greek theater instead of walking up the road? What about this path at the end of the video

You are right, and it is the same path we were on at the end of the video. But at the time we didn't know and ended up just taking the bus.
