This kinda happened to me in a relatively recent match as Dredge on Midwich; to put it simply, some hacker playing Laurie seemed like she was glitched on one side of the map yet was doing gens on the other side, then proceeded to simply phase through the exit gate. Truly one of the matches of all time.
Invisible hack with no scratch marks is probably the scariest hacker to face ever.
