Take small steps. Choose one thing out of your comfort zone that's small enough that you would do it, like just doing 5 push ups or just cleaning the table for example. And don't judge yourself if you fail. It's normal that it's hard.
I would say: What are you longing for? What are your desires? Once you find out and open up for a way, you will find your way. Open your heart for your individual way. You won't find it outside, you will find it from your inside, from YOUR heart. You cannot think it. You can only feel it ❤❤❤

After a lot of struggle and going back and forth, I’m overcoming anorexia. This disease has haunted me for years, and I felt myself slipping, but I’ve promised to myself that the only time I will weigh myself is at doctors appointments, I will eat what my body needs, and I won’t exercise to the point of exhaustion. Good luck to everyone who’s battling with their own disorders.

But let me tell you one thing. Don’t focus too much on your own goals. It normally leads to exclusion of people who are close. When you’re 40 or older it will come to bite you.

No, do HIIT twice a week, cardio twice a week, one strength straining day, and one Pilates day. On the rest day do stretching/yoga. That’s just what I do, but make sure not to only do one type of workout. Also, cardio can be just going out for a run.
@@Sallwy Just look at Anna’s videos; they’re labeled with how long they are and what type of workout it is. I really like her tabata videos, I do them for cardio. Start out with shorter videos and as you build muscle and endurance challenge yourself with harder ones. Recently I did a 40 minute one and I was so proud! Make sure to have water and a healthy snack with you in case you need to take a break. Good luck!

Eat more high calorie food (not trans fats or high sugar though) to gain weight. Also try to build muscles by going to the gym or do home workouts with weights. Also against cellulite on legs try the Lean Legs Program by Rachel Attard. But remember 90% of women have cellulite. It is genetics.
