The only way is with paper ballots, in person, on election day. Those unable to travel may have an assigned individual, with signed form, on record to be checked instantly, to transport that vote. I would also recommend communities to transport voters. That is a real issue and more communities should do that. I took voters one year and never asked who they were voting for. That was their business. My business was to get them there TO vote.

if unrealized capitol gains only works one way, there is a problem. right now, real estate is expensive, if a family home goes up in value 100K and they have to pay taxes on that gain whether they sell it or not, will the IRS refund that money when the gains are lost during a housing crash or the homes value drops off? I doubt it. and I have a problem with a family farm being lost through inheritance due to taxes being imposed through this method. looks like a land grab scheme to me.

Rehearing Congress arguments and debates turns my stomach
I figure if good people still stand up for us & go in that lion's den or den of fools, the least I can do is watch.

A good example of the cost difference is for companies that employ people in lower tax states vs higher tax states. The company has to pay the employee in the higher tax state a higher salary for the same job to accommodate for the cost of living due to state taxes. This causes companies to not want to hire people in the higher tax states.
