Hello, Daniel from Australia. Watched the beyond oak island episode and was fascinated with the museum, stories of river boats and actually finding a ship that far under ground and all of its contents being preserved. Found your channel and subscribed, can’t wait for you guys to pull up the Malta.
My wife and I have visted the Arabia Museum a number of times and it always is a treat. I really enjoyed Beyond Oak Island as it is so interesting. Excited to follow the new ventures.
Can't recall where I first heard of this, maybe National Geographic magazine (not the tv show) some 4-5 years ago, but it's very interesting. Good luck in getting it all out
I've been wondering about the Malta dig since I first heard about it two or three years ago. I'm absolutely stoked that you are going to start digging it this year! And to get to watch it dug live stream!! That will be awesome! So looking forward to this! Loved the Return to Oak Island episode as well! Great stuff!
Don’t let The History channel do your filming and editing they will drag it out for years. You will have the entire collection cleaned and on display before we see it come out of the ground.
Do you intent to utilize ground freezing as ground stabilization and flooding abatement? Freezing that soil into an impermissible "bathtub" around the boat during the winter send an easier course than erecting framing and pumping.
Thank you for the update. Best of luck and keep going!
