Glorietta/Landmark/SM Makati/Greenbelt are my go-to places whenever i go to Makati, My gf is from there. We go to these malls all the time. Lots of restos and markets, the area is so lovely.

i've been in the Philippines as blikbyan for about 17 times since 2011 - May 2023 coming from Los Angeles, California. i always stayed in a Condos (BSA Mansion, BSA Tower, Prince Plaza 2 and Charter House) at Legaspi Village street, Makati just walking distance across Greenbelt Mall. I'm planning to go back there again in November 2023 as my usual sidetrip in Asia probably in Hanoi, Vietnam then to Manila. 😊
BGC is more likely a good place to hang out rather than Greenbelt but hey Makati is also a nice and interesting place, I just don't like the traffic jam and not so friendly pedestrian walk unlike here at BGC you can even go scoot and bike safely.
I definitely agree with you. BGC is much more modern compared to Makati. Makati is very crowded during rush hour. BGC has bigger roads and big open parks. 😊
What? makati is friendly towards pedestrian.. ONLY if you know the way.... covered and elevated walk ways... underpass with escalators... priority to pedestrians are also in place. as someone who lives in makati, and is frequent in bgc i do not understand what you are talking about... haha. probably you are like those foreigners who only found out about the elevated covered walks in makati later after they already passed judgements about its walk ways.
Have you been to this church already? I love how they master planned the greenbelt. Lots of trees, plants and ponds for the fishes. Most of the malls here in the Philippines have churches nearby or they even held masses inside the malls. This gives convenience to the church goers that after the mass they can go shopping or malling with their love ones together. Being an Atheist is fine to me. Everybody is welcome to my channel. No hate. No prejudice. Just share the love to the world. 😊💟

Mabuti maraming puno diyan. Sana dagdagan pa nila ng maraming puno at halaman. Stay heatlhy people. Drink a lot of water and eat more vegetables than meat.

I was there 4 years ago and brings back memories. Looks like it's changed a little bit. I ate at the Chili's on the 2nd floor too many times.
