Hi, you can get the M5/W6.5 to be safe. This is a snug fit shoes so I guess she'll be okay with W6.5 😊

So say your usual a size 6-6.5 and for some reason size 5 was ordered, what should I do? Do you think it's too small?

Hi! You are Women's 6-6.5? and you ordered Men's size 5? If that's the case I guess it should be fine because for men sizing it should be -1.5 to get the women size. In my case I am W-US 7 and ordered M-US 5, but it should be M-5.5. I hope it helps 😊
