Действительно шедевральный альбом - столько интересных моментов, и главное до сих пор не надоедает, а это существенный показатель.
A masterpiece of heavy metal. A fantastic line up. Peavy's vocals are crystal clear and his high notes are perfect, Efthimiades on the drums is a maniac, and Manni on the guitar is simply spotless. The guy knows how to write catchy riffs. This one, Reflections, and Trapped!, are for me 3 masterpieces in a row. When i was a teenager back in the 90s, i would rock RAGE almost daily, even though my favorite types of music were the more aggressive bands from thrash and death metal. Rage could glue together heavy and fast metal with uplifting melodies, like masters.

I'm also 41 and still a metalhead. I love this album from Rage as well, but my personal favorite from them is Perfect Man. Cheers to you and never forgetting your roots. \M/

I'm simply in love with this album. The best album from Rage and one of the top albums in metal generally for me! This is"how to" school for making a brilliant metal album! And yeah after all this years , this is a thrash metal album for me!
I remember kerrang once featured an interview with them n the phrase Pop Oriented Thrash came out from that article..😃

This was the album which got me into Rage. I would say that my favorite would be "End of all days"
Greetings from germany. HELP! This cover! I haven't seen it in decades - and yet I recognized it straight away. Help - it was the 80s and I remember recording the album on tape back then. On the other side of the cassette was Overkill with the "The years of decay" album. Without question it was overkill played throughout. It's cool to hear this early RAGE work again in 2024. In principle, nothing has changed for me: it's the typical type of melodic speed metal from Rage, which I had already turned my back on back then. I always found the cast of three to be critical. Peavey's voice is special. Love it or hate it. Now I don't want to judge too harshly, because I'm not familiar with a large part of the RAGE back catalog and I can imagine that this work is one of the stronger ones in this band's entire oeuvre.
Wow, 'time waits for noone' (sic)- what a song! still remember the day i bought the LP. after the record store, we went to my friend's house and played it. my friend's brother hated it cause he thought it was badly played (haha), and my friend thought ir was too speedy for his own hard rock tastes... but i thought it was great, though a bit melodic. i was 17 in '89 and the future was full of promise. since then i've had my ups and downs, but i'm still a 'long haired filthy boy' (at 41!). yeah!

In 1990 I bought this one though I couldn't afford it because one of the metal magazines said this was a kick ass one. I listened to it with patience every day but I didn't manage to tell the difference between the first truck and the second.I might've been deaf. It's like I came across my ex-wife after 30 years's interval.

Best Rage Lineup ever, Period
Coolest band I've never heard. Honestly there are a lot of variables to this band and combinations that make it sounds so good, but what makes it feel sick is that it feel like peace sells sometimes.

33:42 Sexy as hell power thrash metal, 36:40 Distant Voices is a fave also, they sound a lot like Raven (UK) jamming with Megadeth, Metal till the end.

Joya indiscutible del melodic speed metal, power metal o como lo quieran llamar, salvo talk to grandpa cualquiera de las otras rolas pudo haber sido single, con una mejor produccion seria el disco perfecto, bomba tras bomba que discazo carajo!!!

Sadly you didn't include the last bonus song Lost Side of the World, but then again it is quite rare. Before all the re-releases you could only get it on the Invisible Horizons EP.
