In more detail: The weather and flow worked out for us, despite the fact that we had arranged the event long in advance. Everything just fell into place.
We left the car at the pub. We were just sitting down, tapping a cold beer, and a country band next to the table started playing my favorite tramp song (I put the footage at the end of the video from 11:40). It was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. Vítek then played bass with them for a while.
Late at night we set out to set up our tents. I had the new LanShan 2 tent with me for the first time (the so-called tarptent from 3F UL Gear). I've never built one before or seen one built. When I unpacked it all, I immediately packed it up again, inflated the mattress, climbed into the sleeping bag and just covered myself with the tent. It was beyond my current intellectual capacity :).
In the morning we had breakfast, inflated the boats and set off on the river. It was a relatively narrow river navigable from about 30 cm with a flow of about 2 m³. After the first meters, I understood that it would be a wonderful float.
We sailed in the shade of leafy trees, sometimes the sun shone through the leaves, sometimes we scraped the bottom, other times we had to carry the canoe over the weir. Around noon, we had lunch, sat down, and then headed back to the campsite. During the cruise we observed herons and kingfishers. One kingfisher flew very close to us, sat on an overturned willow tree and sat there for a few minutes, we could see it in detail.
By evening we arrived at the campsite and it was time to set up the tents again. The LanShan Tarptent is certainly an amazing tent, but probably not for building on sand. The pegs didn't hold very well, the construction wasn't intuitive, so I used heavy stones and improvised, luckily it didn't rain :). It was hard work, next time I'll probably take the classic Beskyd tent from Jurek, I can set it up even without pegs.
We made a fire, dinner, played the guitar and sat for a while. In the evening I was woken up by some animal apparently walking around the tent. I thought it was Vítek, so I started talking to him and unnecessarily woke him up from the next tent. He probably wasn't very excited :).
In the morning, we packed up, properly cleaned the campsite (as always) and left the place so that it was in even better condition than when we arrived.
On Sunday, the weather was beautiful again and the nature changed slightly, it was no longer such a wilderness. The final section was strenuous, we were rushing to get to the bus and the water was almost standing still, really thick oil in places.
We reached the destination, Vítek was running to the bus to bring the car. I cleaned and packed the boats and waited for Vítek. We evaluated the event as very successful.
Equipment: Almost all footage is shot and edited on an iPhone 11 and occasionally supplemented with footage from a DJI mini 2 and GoPro Hero 8 drone.

Ahoj Alenko, to byla asi nejkrásnější řeka, jakou jsem kdy jel. Všechno vycházelo a Vítek je dobrý parťák. Ta country kapela byla velký bonus, hráli bezvadně, byli jsme tam až do zavíračky. Díky moc!

Ahoj Jirko, byla to .......... (skryto autorem). Já jsem to nechtěl nikde uvádět. Líbí se mi, že tam nebylo moc rušno, tak jsem nechtěl dávat návody.
Taky jsem nechtěl rozdmýchat nějaké vášně ohledně ohně u řeky. I když vždy tábořiště řádně uklidím a ohniště velmi dobře zahladím.
Tak až si to přečteš, tak tu mou odpověď zase smažu. Třeba to lajkni a nebo zareaguj a to bude pro mě signál, abych to smazal. David PT

Tvé nejdelší video, pokud se nepletu. Opravdu se povedlo. Pokud je ta hudební akce na konci začátkem vašeho dobrodružství, ani se nedivím, že sis na stavění lanshanu netroufnul. 😂😂👍🏻
Ahoj, tak to jsi mě hodně potěšil, děkuji. Dalo mi to velkou práci.
S tou hudební produkcí jsi to přesně pochopil. Ta kapela hrála v hospodě, kde jsme si chtěli dát pivo a pak začít stavět stany. Nakonec jsme tam seděli až do zavíračky. Vítek měl ze mě srandu, jak jsme začal rozbalovat Lanshan. Takže jsem si lehl pod širák a stanem se jen přikryl :) Zdraví David PT
