I bought realme smart tv 50 inch on July 2021. Display flickering issue started in Jan 2022. Replaced complete tv. Again the issue started in Jan 2023 this time Realme support is escaping by saying a simple reason brand/ serial number sticker is not there in back of tv. worst experience spent 40k on this product

@@vaish8426 bhai call the real me customer care number, book an appointment for warrenty claim, and you will either get panel replacement or TV replacement. But to claim the warrenty it might take 1-2 months atleast.

So i had no option and showed it to local technician here. He said it is manufacturing defect by realme company of display panel. He said he can replace display of my Tv with LG display which will cost around 17k with no warranty as Realme TV is defected one. So its better to buy a new TV instead of paying 17k to repair my Realme Tv. And usually i shop online on daily basis. Big electronic item like AC, Washing machine , phones etc of branded company like , Samsung, Whirpool etc. They are still working and we have theirs service centre here. Its my first experience , I got defected Realme TV online . So my experience says Realme is scaming us. Now i dont Trust Realme and will never buy their products.

Within a year panel issue and got replaced with new one but again after year same issue now they're saying warranty expired and not applicable for replaced tv. Defective design never buy this tv. Panel cost is 20k we can buy new tv instead of paying for panel every year

I am also facing the same problem. complaint launched on 7th July and today is 28th july, even after completion of 21 days they have resolved my issue. They are telling they didn't have replacement part(panel). Utterly very bad service support from.Realme. Horrible product|||. Please don't buy this Chinese product.
