You should rebuild a team without resigning player and without getting the back in free agency and any free agents you do sign can only be a 1 or 2 year deal

Day 2 - oldest offense and youngest defense or vice versa , and can. Only draft and sign based off that.
You should do a rebuild with a bad low market team and you can’t sign free agents unless there heavily interested in you
