    Nothing beats visual corroboration of technicalities in suspension, drive train and ancillaries on external influences. Far better than layman and colloquial impressions floating around by some excited folks. Hope to see this on teambhp, and get deeper insights.

    Two points. Firstly, the trim height is measured from the center of the axel to the bottom of the wheel guard, this is standard practice and thus will give a true indication as the the amount of lift achieved. Second, why do you still have anti-sway-bars (anti-roll-bars), these devices only hamper wheel articulation, at least have quick-disconnect sway bars so that you can actually go over more rugged terrain.

      Shock absorbing qualities will definitely change. To what extent, please see this above video patiently.
      Warranty will be void if the defect can be linked to the spacer installation.

    as of now after 2 months, how is your force G lift kit performance. pls do let me know

    • @tripaccino
      @tripaccino  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Pros: Increased Ground clearance . Important for me because I run Django off-road and in competitions where can’t afford lower arm hits.
      Cons: Severely altered suspension working off-road. Undue stress on extended droop of the strut. And cornering issues because of bump stop.
      Bottom line: do not recommend spacer just for lift.
      Also I ve done some other extra mods to null- bump stop spacers to counterbalance etc.
      Working on suspension upgrade to replace lift kit completely.

    Awesome stuff, when i get the Gurkha, this would be the first thing i would do while sticking to the stock tyre size. Since I will be using the truck more on Highways initially, do you see any difference in the handling while considering extensive highway usage?

    • @tripaccino
      @tripaccino  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Rakesh, for highway, I would suggest to stay as lower as possible. You would get better performance and handling. I suggest the lift for those requiring heavy off road usage, but not without completing the kit with other associated mods. Highway, you can do the mods, if you're going for the looks.

    Can we put nice low rolling tyres on this lifted car? I mean for better city performance. I don't offroad but love to have this as a city car. Though city roads are almost like offroad these days...

    • @tripaccino
      @tripaccino  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Low profile tires won’t advise brother. It’s too heavy and that top heavy. This needs rubber ,
      If only for city , there are better option vehicles 🤠still if you want to, don’t go below 245/ 65

    I guess this lift kit might make the suspension bottom out at times...also might affect the CV joint in tough conditions...i am not sure if this would affect the handling dynamics of the gurkha...but i guess ur future videos might educate us on that...CHEERS! 🍻

      The extended strut eats into the droop part of the travel and it will reduce range of travel. But I’m consciously betting on the limits. I’ll also be changing coil and diff drop in Future to compensate

      GC according to ARAI definition is the lowest point within middle 80 percent of the car. So actually lower arms don’t count. But I have put up all dimensions in video for reference

    But you will have to be ready with spare CV as the tolerance of CV will decrease with articulation and rotational momentum. Maybe just some 1 year off 3 year high abuse. Theoretically I guess

    • @thanimalayali4514
      @thanimalayali4514 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Maybe the water resistance of boot could decrease due to traction on the lips, could a bigger boot take the pressure off, I wonder

    • @tripaccino

      Boot requires proper installation.
      Cv angle is handled by dropping diff.
