The whole point of the phrase “May the force be with you”, is that everyone is connected and has access to the Force. That was established by Obi Wan in episode IV. It’s been reaffirmed in every movie and tv show since. Some can use it with ease others can’t. Some people incorrectly think only Jedi can and are allowed to use the Force. Nowhere on screen has that been established.
@@raylouison7571 I liked what they were doing with her until she pulled "force push level 12" from the force unleashed out. I like the idea of a not-really-force-sensetive jedi, but they need to keep it consistent imo. Is she not-force sensetive and has to train a lot, or can she do crazy feats that normal jedi have to struggle with
As far as thinking only jedi use the force, that's quite understandable because the sith aren't really running around show casing their powers to everyone.
The whole show is like the Star Wars fantasy of some kids playing with toys. Bits and pieces from the movies thrown in, like "I have an old friend that I can't really trust" (but she's no friend of the Empire?) and what looks like the door to Jabba's palace.
Crimson Jack was the name of a character in an early story arc from Marvel Comics' original Star Wars run(1977-86). My ears definitely perked up when I heard that name.
Sidenotes: the alien that confronted Jude Law when he was rescuing SM-33 was voiced by Alfred Molina (Dr. Octopus) and the owl creature was voiced by Alia Shawkat (Maebe from Arrested Development)
STARSHIP BLASTER CHAIRS! When Galaxy’s Edge was first announced, my first thought was, they HAVE TO have Millennium Falcon blaster chairs. What we got was a park full of retail stores. But, whoever is writing this show GETS IT. Get back to what made us love Star Wars as wide eyed adventure seeking kids.
Episode VIII didn't come up with 'not just Jedi having the Force.' That was always part of SW. Luke had the Force, (as it's strong in his family) and if he was never trained in by Obi-Wan and Yoda, then he would have used it instinctively, like being an amazing pilot who could shoot Womp Rats or like Anakin in TPM, also using it to be a good pilot/helps him be the only human to win the Boonta race. That's what Jedi do --train in how to use the Force. Obi-Wan and Yoda and the entirety of the Jedi Order in the PT were random Force users who chose to be Jedi, from when they were Force sensitive children. And it was helpful for them to be Jedi from kids, to be protected from those that would have wanted to use their powers/exploit them. So no, this isn't some nod to TLJ. This is straight from ANH onwards about Force users. So no, people won't look more fondly on that film. The people that love it, will always love it. Those that don't, won't change their minds either. It will always remain a divisive film, and an utter failure at what was its first task --be a sequel to TFA, and set up the film after in logical manner for the film after it. Ya know, the planned middle film of a planned trilogy with some planned storytelling/narrative arcs. But I made myself laugh on that last bit...
Well, AT-AT is actually an acronym for All Terrain Armored Transport, just as AT-ST stands for All Terrain Scout Transport, so I think the similarity is either coincedental, or deliberatly chosen for a familiar sounding name.
Everyone potentially has access to the Force, but not everyone can be a Jedi. I loved Kh’ymm, whT a cool character. Skeleton Crew takes place at the same time as Mandalorian and Ahsoka, 6+ years after Return of the Jedi
Imagine how hard it must’ve been for these kids to keep all of this secret for almost a year when all you wanted to do was brag to EVERYONE within earshot “I fired lasers from a turret at a pair of X-wings after talking to a very friendly owl/cat lady who told us about why our home world was a secret treasure planet after escaping from a pirate spaceport with Young Dumbledore and a droid pirate with a peg leg named SM-33 which clearly means Smee.” I would break maybe day 4.
That was Alfred Molina who stopped him when he rescued SM33. That means he made an agreement with the pirates. It went wrong when the fuel line was attached.
As I pay closer attention to the story, I notice elements from Treasure Island in addition to the 80s nostalgia that it brings. Such as Capt Silvo who could be akin to Captain Silver. It would be cool to see how the story develop.
You didn't mention that Brutus put a bounty out for the Skelton Crew I wonder who will come after it? Cad Bane is supposedly dead, Boba Fett doesn't go for bounties anymore, Would Din Djarrin do it?
Jaby - No Harm, No Foul - but numerous episodes of The Clone Wars, Rebels, The Bad Batch, and a great deal of Star Wars print and visual media have long established that there are “Force sensitive children” throughout the galaxy. So thankfully, we don’t have to give too much credit to Rian Johnson. 😊
Reviewers get access to episode 3 earlier than us. So they recorded this a while back and once the embargo lifted, they have a scheduled upload. It's a common practice.
Jabby it's not a mystery who or what Jude law is, that's obvious have you not seen rebels ? Jude is a Padawan survivor just like Kanan jaris , the only difference is Jude stayed a pirate to survive. The real mystery is how do they find their home , and it's there home world is the mystery. Just like the goonies the pirates will follow them home and it's just a simple adventure story
Hey Jaby and Achara, wanted to ask you that why are many movies uploaded on this channel not available in Indian servers. I understand that you're uploading those on Cinedesi, but still many such as Mission Impossible Ghost protocol Moana Cinderella and many others are neither on that channel and not available to watch on this one. Why is that😅
EP 7 is the only good movie in that trilogy. Rian’s bold choice was to scrap all the setup done in the previous film and do his own thing, completely ruining the trilogy. There was no good way to wrap things up after that
Episode 8 is an episode of a tv series not a middle movie in a movie trilogy. It’s doesn’t move the plot along enough. It would not even be the best episode of a tv series about tracking a ship through light speed. Battlestar episode 1 “33” did it way better.
This is so bad. This is the worst Star Wars anything after Episode one and right up there with garbage like Boba Fett. If this is the future of Star Wars, it's a dead IP for little babies and older people with arrested development.
The whole point of the phrase “May the force be with you”, is that everyone is connected and has access to the Force. That was established by Obi Wan in episode IV. Yeah look at Sabine Wren, she's a great example.

He might be a Survivor from order 66 who just became or was raised by a pirate after surviving Order 66 being a youngling

So he is not a new character?
First show I've seen in a long time where I yelled when it ended because I wanted it to keep going! So good.

He doesn’t like droids meaning he could be a survivor from order 66
Benjar whatshisname was voiced by Alfred Molina which explains why he sounded so familiar.
really liked the soundtrack of this episode
reminded me of the prequel soundtrack
I love how this is a type of story nobody has ever thought to make in Star Wars and it’s proving how good it is to break out of the formula.
Watching Star Wars is the best franchise Skeleton Crew is the best

I felt my inner child when the kids were firing the lasers

Just wanted to say thanks for getting your reaction so early! Fun way to rewatch it so soon. Again.
The Great Work is making AT-ATs

How did you guys and Reel Rejects upload at the EXACT SAME TIME? Literally within a minute. That's crazy.
Reviewers get access to episode 3 earlier than us. So they recorded this a while back and once the embargo lifted, they have a scheduled upload. It's a common practice.
@salmanfarruz ah ok I forgot to account for editing and scheduling
I believe they are both clients of the video editing company Praper
Well they are brothers so they probably uploaded at the same time purposely.
They are brothers, they plan these things out 😂
there are plenty of force-users that arent Jedi or Sith, and some that go untrained but still able to do a bit. This could go in many directions.
I think Jod is either a padawan who lost his master or he was kicked out of Jedi school. In regards to KB I think she has some force
Nope , KB is a Cyborg, she can hear or "feel" droids ...she is no force user
Just watched it myself
Thank you for all you do.
Another great Starwars episode
Kim (the owl) sounds like the same va for Maz Kanata, Lupita Nyong'o.
in the least these two characters feel similar being collectors/hoarders.

Maybe he hasn't seen rebels. Not everyone watches every single show.
Dumbo 🐘 is the best 😊
Checkov's contemplation
I think the name At-Attin is supposed to sound like Atlantis… maybe. 🤷♀️
How many moons and planets have there been in Star Wars and only now you suddenly wonder why there’s gravity?
932. Yes.
Request no 46 for the dark knight trilogy
18:54 highly doubt it
I think it will be remembered as the one that broke Star Wars
I will never be okay or think fondly of Ep8 and what they did to Luke
Pleaseee watch meet the blacks 1 please it would make my day
Creature commando’s reaction?
Hey Jaby and Achara, wanted to ask you that why are many movies uploaded on this channel not available in Indian servers.
I understand that you're uploading those on Cinedesi, but still many such as
Mission Impossible Ghost protocol
Moana
Cinderella and many others are neither on that channel and not available to watch on this one.
Why is that😅
Jabby please fix your playlists and create some for every tv shows please 😭
He can’t abandon them because he doesn’t know where their treasure planet is. C’mon guys. 😂 JK.

Episode 8 will always be a travesty there is always a time jump between movies but no he breaks that rule and made the worst one!!!
This is so bad. This is the worst Star Wars anything after Episode one and right up there with garbage like Boba Fett. If this is the future of Star Wars, it's a dead IP for little babies and older people with arrested development.
You mad bro?
mimimimimi , cry baby cry
