Thanks! I absolutely love this bike!
Love your videos 😀
Yeah, just discovered your brand because this video!
Thank you so much!
Thanks for making this video. Is that a camera under the headlight?
Magic hook!?! 😃
Good video. Are they Triumph bars ?
They sure are 👌🏼 Fit straight to existing lower bars too
hey man. how are you doing? I did this 2 months ago in my white T9 here in Brazil. The only difference i notice that was I put on a type of screw glue (medium fixation) ... nice video! take care! (oh i just put on this type of glue to avoid some problem with the natural motocycle vibration )
I had my bars fitted by the dealer when I bought the bike. On my bars, the rivnuts that hold the spots seem to have worked loose. What other upgrades do you have in mind.
To be honest, those rivnuts aren’t great. They protude out so that the fog light bracket doesn’t seat onto the tubing, which means they don’t tighten up properly. Poorly designed IMO.
I’ve just installed some Karoo 4 tyres and I’ve got Denali Sound bomb, Pannier racks, Smaller wind shield, bark buster hand guards, New exhaust and repainting the rusty quick shifter in mind for now. 😎
@@advdan that should keep you busy, I've already done the barkbusters and swapped the mirrors for double takes, I have history when it comes to dropping bikes.
@@advdan
Which exhaust did you choose, Dan ?
I recently mounted my new Mivv Speed Edge, nice and deep.
Arrows are unfortunately not available in Germany
@@chriswharrier3571
I had Burkbusters on my previous Explorer, excellent stuff, now chosen the H&B Solution that is made out of steel and very rigid, protecting the original handguards and also the bar.
@@chriswharrier3571 oh yeah! I’d like a set of double take mirrors too!
What about the complaints about Triumph crash bar quality, any insight ?
@@jblue1299 I’ve dropped mine many times on the trails and they’re still holding up strong. Although they are going rusty in some places.
Hey Dan, nice video
Shame about the helmet 😕
What jacket have you got on?
And which dash cam is that?
Yeah I’m bummed about that 😭 So the jacket is a Rev’it Horizon 2, I got it on eBay, 2nd hand for cheap! And the cams are Innovv K3’s 🤙🏼
@@advdan cheers Dan, happy riding mate 👍
@@advdan I'm still plucking up the courage to buy the 900 🤣 or 1200 I'm still not sure, I'm the worst for buying stuff, I always over research before bitting the bullet
How heavy are these bars? Do they affect handling?
I can’t remember exactly how much they weigh but off the top of my head, only about a bag of sugar each side.
And I don’t think it will affect the handling as it’s an equal weight each side of the bike. Might affect the aerodynamics if you’re a racing kinda guy though 🧐
What torque did you use or engine head bolts?
I didn’t 🙃 can feel when they are tight enough. I will check them every few thousand kilometres
Which dashcam is that? Thanks.
Hi, it’s the Innovv K3 dash cam. I installed it in my previous video ✌🏼
