The Six-Eared Macaque is a sort of derivation of Sun Wukong's own person, and represents his worst violent tendencies. HOWEVER. Lego Monkie Kid takes extreme creative liberties with everything, Macaque already looks different from Wukong (though I've seen theories about how his Lego minifigures changing over time, plus his novel background, and some other bits and pieces from the cartoon point to him once being a Wukong hair clone or something that made a deal to become a separate entity. obviously no idea how much this affects anything), so LMK!Macaque being taller than LMK!Wukong isn't like. Wrong or anything. But they're both macaques, the face marking thing is a macaque thing. Wukong himself looks more like an actual macaque than Macaque does.
