Reverse 1999 In the "Storm" How many years has Vertin been walking in the "Storm"?

I'm guessing it's because she started helping Foundation since 12 and now presently she is 16. I thought it was 85 because we're counting the jumps from 99' to 14' but I guess I was wrong.
