How did iconic San Francisco locations get mixed into the San Diego segment? The two cities are nearly 750km apart and are very different in settings and appearance.
The TransAmerica Pyramid is my favorite place to visit in San Diego. I also love the view of the Golden Gate Bridge from the beaches in San Diego. Classic Sand Diego attractions that are in San Diego

San Francisco is about 500 miles north (807 km) of San Diego. Both are beautiful cities. I am of course partial to San Diego, for one thing it is much warmer than San Francisco.
