    Man, I discovered you like a couple of weeks ago and you've become one of my favorite accounts here on YT and on Insta. Your style is great but I love how you call b***s*** on so many myths and diet trends. It was about time that someone defended fruit so fiercely hahaha keep up with the work Liam!!!

    1) Tortilla, peanut butter w/ a sprinkling of raisins, roll & go. 2) Chopped celery, apple & almonds…left alone overnight the almonds get kinda chewy

    Fun fact that I learned in psychology, you actually eat more nuts if they come in a shell. The whole cracking and retrieving process provides more sensory stimulation which, in turn, causes you to go back for more to get that extra 'hit'. That is why lobster and crab legs are served in shell, it makes you leave the restaurant craving more.

    Something i love is peanut butter powder rehydrated with some flavored syrup and water. Spread on your bread of choice and enjoy

    One of my go-to snacks is a very Mediterranean style food, but I get the mini bell peppers, cut off the top and remove the core but keep them in tact so it’s like a cone. Then I get a block of feta so I can make little rods to stuff the mini peppers and top it off with a little drizzle of balsamic reduction. Addictive, healthy, can keep for days if you prep a whole bag!

    Dried fruit is great, but as a Type 2 diabetic I gotta limit it because of the blood sugar spikes. I do find if I mix it with some nuts (like almonds or cashews) it doesn’t spike my blood sugar level as much. And also found out that reduced sugar Craisins (dried cranberries) exist… game changer 😊

    No Cow bars, I know the texture is controversial 😅 but if you develop a love of eating kinetic sand, they're awesome! I look for them on clearance. The. Key Lime is surprisingly delicious. You can't beat 20g protein and 14ish grams of fiber per 200 calorie bar! 👏
    Oh! Also the roasted red pepper protein wraps from aldi. Those macros are unbeatable.

    Love Barebells (Cookies and Caramel is my current fave) but I missed out on Key Lime. It’s not currently available and I’m hoping they bring it back again this summer.
    Honeycrisp apple with sharp cheddar cheese is one of my fave evening snacks too. So yummy!

    I think I read that Beyond Jerky got discontinued. But Louisville Jerky (I think that’s the name) is pretty good too. It’s tofu jerky. Don’t get the General Tso’s flavor. Only one I don’t like.

    Should add when you get a score like those Quest bars on clearance, don't be afraid to throw them in the freezer. While they are still probably good for a while after their best before date, freezing them will essentially throw their parking brake on and out of the box you can tuck them in nooks and crannies if you don't have much space

    I’ve been having trouble finding what I consider to be good olives (mixed, olive bar type - kalamata, castelvetrano, etc…) lately at a price I can afford, so I rounded up all of the cheap (canned, jarred, individual cups) ones I had in the house and roasted them with a drizzle of olive oil, some lemon zest, and fresh thyme. Does wonders for palatability. =)

    I think my current favorite protein bar is the chocolate covered marshmallow one-Built Puff. I have been doing a flavored light greek yogurt as a bedtime snack and adding a sprinkling of granola if it doesn't come with some. Barebells are good too. I know this one sounds bananas, but mix some premade vanilla protein shake into a diet cola. Diet coke tastes like a coke float, just add maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of the shake unless you are doing a McDonalds large. I bought the zero sugar Sam's Choice cola from Walmart and am disappointed it tastes more like Pepsi.

    Your showing the bag of Fritos reminded me that I dug up the dormant "walking tacos" microtrend from a decade ago. Open those Fritos, but toss in some corn, black beans, salsa, avocado or anything else you love on tacos/nachos and all of a sudden you have a meal and you're not finding it possible to finish the whole bag (plus all the added protein and fiber)

    With the impending doom of TikTok, I am so happy to find you over here! One tip that’s always helped me with snacking is that carbs need a buddy- if you pair a carb with a protein or fat, it’ll be more satiating. So, fruit and nuts; veggies and dip; cheese and crackers…

    Cottage cheese and peaches! Celery, peanut butter and raisins! Frozen grapes covered in sugar free cherry jello mix! Hear my out on this one, baby bill pickles dipped in peanut butter!

    I would love to see a good list of braces friendly snacks since a lot of things get super stuck in braces and you usually can’t eat nuts or legumes 😢

    I'm a slut for a good snack plate; I'm actually quite bad at the whole eating meals thing, so making snack plates makes it easier for me to eat more calories casually while also getting a few different food groups in by sneaking a bunch of variety of snacks to the plate. I need more bell peppers in my life tho so I'm glad you mentioned those, I forgot how much i fucking LOVE bell pepper

    Whatever the cheese crunchy things are, it’s just cheese but cooked or dried a bunch? Good amount of protein not crazy high in calories and luckily for me nightshade free a lot of the time
    Also, lunchables aren’t crazy high in calories and most have 10-15 grams of protein which isn’t crazy high but throw in an apple and you have a good like 280-300 cal 10-15 grams of protein snack, instead of getting the ones with juices get koolaid water enhancer’s because it’s cheaper and lower calorie and sugar
    Halo top or any similar ice cream but add a topping, there’s fiber brownies at Walmart 4$ for 12 it’s 90 calories per brownie and 5 grams of fiber throw on some sugar free syrups and you have an ice cream Sunday that’s under 500 calories 20ish grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber and because all of it’s low sugar idk about anyone else but it won’t have the stomach pain from eating a pint of ice cream a brownie and some caramel drizzle
    Packets of chicken like Swanson garlic and herb chicken tastes similar to chicken salad but nightshade and mayonnaise free add it to a chicken melt or something or just eat it straight up
    Cucumbers and some kind of salty dip I don’t like cucumbers much but add soy sauce or ramen flavor packet
    Sour candy for me i won’t just eat like 200 warheads but a couple are fun sometimes
    Anabar monster cookie crunch is like a more dense Reese’s with mnms on top and pretzels in it
    I’ll snack on pickles it’s a little higher calorie but bread and butter pickles are amazing
    Ants on a log is just celery peanut butter and dried berries have a couple of those with the cheese crispys and 500 calories but like 35 grams of protein for a delicious snack
    Turkey bacon, just turkey bacon, it’s delicious maybe have it with yogurt and berries
    Either a chocolate protein shake or chocolate fairlife milk, I love chocolate milk but I don’t feel great after downing a a bunch or even almond milk would work it just doesn’t have much protein so plan for that but it’s really good too
    Snackyard hard boiled flavored quail eggs each one has under 15 calories and a little over 1 gram of protein
    Gram crackers and tea no protein but pretty good as a bedtime snack while reading
    Canadian bacon
    Shelled peanuts, I’m allergic to pistachios unfortunately
    Similarly to the ice cream the fiber brownies or similar baked goods and a protein shake or fairlife or almond milk, should be somewhere between 190-350 calories and besides almond milk 20-40 grams of protein and still 5 grams of fiber for each brownie (idk if the brownies are good yet I’m just trying them next)
    No protein but frozen whipped cream in the tubs not the can don’t freeze the cans
    Garlic bread isn’t the lowest calorie thing but it’s also delicious and technically is a snack if you’re not eating a whole loaf and if you use it for a sandwich you don’t have to add mayonnaise since it already has butter and it’s delicious
    Unfortunately no quest chips aren’t nightshade free but I’ve hear good things
    Puréed pumpkin and condensed milk
    And finally
    Raw cranberries also with condensed milk because you don’t need much to have fun

    How DARE you not mention PUMPKIN SEEDS?!?! They are my absolute favorite snacks!!!! High in protein AND fiber, keeps you full and it’s the perfect crunch! They sell the perfect snack packs at the dollar store!

      Oh YEAH: toasted Multigrain waffle, pb, frozen blueberries or cherries: 10/10
      Trader Joe's chicken soup dumplings are solid at 250cals and 16g of protein for something heartier and cozy.
