I'm here, it's the 21st of September. I've just lost my sister and father in a period of a month. We buried my father end of August and my sister passed away in Israel almost 2 weeks ago. It's been painful getting through this grief, but I'm here to testify that I am gaining strength every day because of God. My mother just shared this song with me as it's one of my sisters favourite songs.

Condolences and many best wishes... This song is an oldy but goody. I used to play this when I lead worship at bible studies and church. It's been too long and had a nudge to look up this song. I can guarantee I am struggling right now. I too have lost as well... and am telling you...sometimes you need to hear a song like this to get you thru the sunset...even today. Hang in there as I will, too hang in there with you.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Lost my most beloved sister in 1992...Was looking at memories on FB of O2 in the UK and I'd used the words of this song, and paused to worship, with tears stinging my eyes, only for the first comment to be about the loss of a sister. Today should be my 28th wedding anniversary but I got divorced 13yrs ago, not sad; just thinking NUMBERS. PLEASE, BE WELL!!!

My son is in rehap for meth addiction since 20 years ! He had gone missing for weeks many times , it’s excruciating watching your grown babies suffer , you keep blaming yourself , asking yourself what can I do Father God , help me help my sons. ( I have a younger son that’s in jail fighting for his not guilty plea over self defence . He use to be in the street too. I pray constant for these two adult children I have 6 . I feel tired, desperate , only this song can relate how my heart and mind CRYS out to God. And also I married a man struggling with addiction. Why? Because I was believing in happy ever after. He’s gone , not dead but satisfied with his ways and I can’t live like that. I really believed he would stay sober . It’s been going on two years hoping and praying for this love. Yesterday I vowed to let go and let God and today I’m trying to focus on my walk with Jesus one day at a time sweet Jesus help me live a happy joyous life and not look at the downfalls of my loved ones . It’s hard to be happy when someone you love is suffering .
