I wonder if all his guest (besides the Gasol brothers) are just pickier than a 5 year old or if Serge is just a terrible food designer. Like come on chicken hearts in a white whine peppery onion suace or gizzard ( only had duck to be fair) are some of the best meats you could have in my opinion. Hearts need some time to cook though or they are a little chewy.
