You can use mine or Dynamite while using ninjarope or Jetpack by selecting them and using them with the jump button on pc its enter i believe and on console its either square or x

Hot tip, cluster grenades are awful. You can drop a tnt while you are using the jetpack and ninja rope, can drop grenades im pretty sure too.
