It never ceases to amaze me how big the pieces are when they serve these steaks. They masterfully cook a $220 steak and then you eat it all in 7 huge bites. Wouldn't you want to savor that some more?
@WH ROBY it would be nice to know. That's it? I can buy and sell you under the table before you could bat an eye. You're barking up the wrong tree little man.
I think they run from $70 to $120 dollars, depending on the restaurant, the cut of beef, and whether you want 4 oz or a mega 6 oz.. You pay a lot for the service and presentation. And it's a luxury thing, but given the high real estate prices in Japan, and general price level ... you can get a 24 oz. steak in Oklahoma for $40, with all the potatoes and corn and vegetables you can stuff in your digestive system, but the same would cost you double or more in NYC. I like my steak grilled over open flame, even better with some hickory and cherry smoke beforehand. Never tried wagyu.

Superb. The attention to detail and the presentation from the chef to all of the dishes. Great!
This beef is so expensive, I only need to hear the sizzle to eat it with rice.
How much did this meal cost? It looked absolutely worth every penny!!!
@WH ROBY Probably cant afford this meal. Watching this video with an empty pantry and fridge 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 Good luck in life buddy.

@@rockvillemmf yes you are certainly correct
Chef lacks elegance, and beef needed a little more time.
