I really love these card sketches! So helpful! I make and sell about 1200-1500 cards each year at craft shows and always use the Michael's 65 lb cardstock for my card bases. I have found it works best for me because I tend to layer pattern paper, which is frequently cardstock (Echo Park or whatever) and then the sentiment and any embellishments (sometimes with foam tape or dots) so by the time I get done, the card is just the right weight to feel sturdy, not flimsy AND not too heavy or thick to require another stamp. Plus there is the envelope! I have a postal scale and have checked. I never want my customers to have to add an additional stamp just to mail a handmade card.
Gorgeous cards! This is a nice sketch. I really like the fishtails on the small strips under the sentiments.❤ Thanks for sharing these sketches with everyone. Some 12X12 will be good as well.😊
Love your sketches and the rooster made me smile. :) A thought I had if using 2 of the same panels on one card would be to cut a 4x5.25 panel and a 2x5.25 panel...basically keeping two panels together. Mix the two smaller pieces and keep the others whole. Just another take on a good sketch.
I’m sorry! Have you tried it on a computer or different device? I am able to open the link in the description on my phone and computer, so I’m not sure what to tell you to help. 😕
@@BourbonCreekCrafts I don't have a computer. It's the only one that has given me trouble too. I'll let my phone and printer "rest" and try again later.
@@BourbonCreekCrafts I got it this time. It finally let me redownload it so it worked. Sometimes my phone and printer don't like each other I guess lol
I love your sentiments and I know you sell your crafts, but can you share the sheet of sentiments. I am a school counselor and not that savvy with tech. I make every year cards for my graduates and those sentiments will be wonderful.
I didn’t save it after I printed it, but will see if I can recreate it. If you want to email me using the email in my description box, I can send it your way once it’s recreated.

Thanks! And, yes, good point about not wanting customers to pay extra for postage. I'm the same.
I totally love it and will begin a large run tomorrow. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you!
These are beautiful! I make all my cards with 65#. People still love them.

These are pretty, an I ask what program you use to make your sketches?
Thank you! Right now I’m just using Canva.
I can't get the link to work and I've restarted TH-cam and my phone several times.
