I created my own Brian May live setup, I don't use the default Brian May Amplitube setups. However the sequence in order is: Treble Booster, (Wah or Phaser effect). Then the signal splits in two and enters a Vox Brian May and a Vox CC2X (with the latter in the left channel with a chorus always active) then the signal goes out in the mixer where I add reverb or delay as desired.
