Feel so sorry for Marlon and for Rhona. Can empathize with what she must be going through. Know what it's like to fear your partner (of 30 years in my case) might die. Although not the same situation, I know what's it's like to be in her shoes, so to speak. Unfortunately, my partner did indeed pass away. It's a HARD, HARD road to walk!! Which is why I can empathize with Charity when Vanessa was going through chemo. Don't know how I would have reacted had my partner gone to stay with her relatives, rather than stay with me. Not good enough... pushed aside... abandoned? I'm not sure. Although the care giver is not going through the same thing as the patient, it's VERY STRESSFUL and takes it's toll mentally, physically and especially emotionally. Believe me, you can find yourself reacting in ways you NEVER DREAMED you would!!! I thought I would be rock solid at her side, understanding and patient, when all I wanted to do inside was RUN, until I could make it all go away and not be true!!! Especially so, at the end!! Thankfully, I had the medical power of attorney to make the decisions, which we'd already talked about in what if scenarios many times over the years, but believe me, It WAS NOT EASY!!! Sorry, dredged up some painful memories there.
That was such a hard watch as the wife of a fellow servicer of a stroke wow. I hope venessa relises that she has been such a twat to charity. And apologize for the way she has treated her.
I know Charity has said sorry but they ave both treated each other badly. I would say more Charity than Vanessa. They need to revisit the cellar again. Give them both a chance to talk.

Don't mean to be argumentative, just a different opinion, but... with what Vanessa started up again with the near kiss... I think she's more culpable, in that instance. She's been the one being downright mean and nasty to Charity, when she gave Charity the hope she'd been waiting for. And she KNEW it. She needs to take responsibility for it. Charity made no bones about how she felt all along! Granted, they need and have needed, since Ness's return, to have a true "heart to heart" and each put their pride aside, especially Vanessa, and be totally honest with themselves about their feelings, as well as with each other. And apologize for ALL their actions! Imo, Vanessa played her own role in the reason why Charity was even out there on the road that fateful day. And Vanessa is once again, as she did in the very beginning, lying to herself and others about her true feelings, seemingly out of pride and fear. Imo, Vanessa needs to embrace her own true feelings for Charity or else talking or anything else for that matter, won't get them anywhere.

I think Charity has done enough fighting and fawning over Vanessa. Everything she does pushes Vanessa further away. Sorta like when Vanessa was going through the cancer treatments, Charity could do nothing right, then and can't now. I'd rather see Charity be patient and stand rock solid, unwavering in her love for Vanessa. And especially not have a wobble back towards Mac. I think Ness has to see what she wants, needs and loves in Charity before she'll ever consider taking that chance again.

Moira also knows Vanessa tried to kiss charity. I'm presuming Mac comes to the rescue. Who knows. Vanity fans won't like next week. This is from TV times and there's no mention of Vanessa going on a date. I'm done! Emmerdale has now decided charity does indeed miss Mac😭
