- Carlton has claimed bragging rights in the new-look Good Friday SuperClash against North Melbourne, with the Blues downing the Roos by 23 points in front of a packed Marvel Stadium.
Harry McKay (four) and Charlie Curnow (six) kicked 10 goals between them as the Blues cruised to a 16.11 (107) 11.18 (84) victory.

@My 2 Cents carlton missing half of their midfield with walsh, acres and kennedy out. Also missing martin, owies, williams, cotrell and boyd who are all starters. Keep in mind carlton played shocking for majority of the game while north played at their best and north still lost👍 only reason you didnt lose by 50 was because carlton gave up at the end, yous really arent as good as you think lmao

Did anyone see the umpires singing the Blues songs in the sheds? Umpires whistled Carlton back in the game, completely shifted the momentum. And later, Zurhaar got clotheslined right in front of goal and no penalty awarded.
Either way Carlton we’re winning this game, we saved our energy for the second half and that was the real shift in momentum. As for the high free kick, you guys scored right after that from the same play anyway. Wouldn’t have made much a difference mate

I'm a hawk but saw some shocking decisions! Big teams like blues pies and dons always get looked after as crowds so big they become bias! So when you play against them when there good teams and beat them you've done really well!

Day 1 of commenting on afls latest video till I get pinned
This type of game can be really damaging for Carlton forwards, giving them a false sense of importance, Curnow kicked 6 yes but 5 were from poor umpire decision. This is two weeks in a row now that the umps have helped Carlton win the game. If you think I'm overreacting look at 6:32, it was clearly a high tackle, his arm went around his neck and there is an ump 3 meters away who didn't call this.
