I have found this so useful - and have watched so many times that if it was on VHS the tape would be wearing very thin :)
I watch the first 20 mins almost daily first thing in the morning and do all the exercises, especially feeling the esoteric heart-centred chakra opening exercise.
Often when I find my energy low or I am feeling “less than great” I have grown to understand myself enough to know that it’s likely my heart has somehow “closed up” once more
Instead of getting carried away in the sadness or despair I know I can turn to your work (as well as Kristen Neff and Sharon Salzburg) and these exercises in particular to more quickly come back to the real me, and on that basis I also try to remember to do them on the good days too, to pay it forward to my future self.
This possibly doesn’t mean much to anyone but am sharing in case it does, and most of all RICK, I can’t THANK YOU enough for the gifts you bring to this world and for how much your material has helped me personally grow and return to a greater sense of peaceful, contented open-heartedness.

I've heard about chakras before and even had a councilor clear my chakras without really understanding it. Now I do understand it thanks to your talk on it, and I can do this myself. Thank for the explanation and tips!

what do you think of dr. david r hawkins work? He is saying we are all magnets and there is no cause to what happens to you. We attract our own level of energy.

pictorially this is confusing for I have heard it is all ocean ness and dive below for the silence.
yet remaining in the center and resting seems like staying on the ocean ride
